Submitting an enquiry is voluntary.
The contact form requires your Full Name, Company, Email and Message so that we can receive, evaluate and respond to your enquiry. Phone and Company Website are optional.
If you choose not to provide the required information, you will not be able to submit the form.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- receive and respond to your enquiry;
- understand the nature of the business or opportunity you are contacting us about;
- communicate with you regarding that enquiry; and
- maintain appropriate business and security records.
We do not use information submitted through the contact form for unrelated marketing purposes unless we have an appropriate basis to do so.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Vercel. Resend is used to deliver contact-form emails, and enquiries are received through Google Workspace.
These service providers may process technical information and submitted information as necessary to provide their services. Processing may take place outside Israel.
At launch, Jacob Ventures does not operate a CRM or separate application database for website enquiries. The website application does not maintain a persistent lead database; submitted enquiries are delivered as email records.
Analytics and cookies
We currently do not use analytics or marketing cookies on this website.
Hosting, security and infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, request data and security logs, as part of operating and protecting their services.
Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, for legitimate business record-keeping, and where required or permitted by applicable law.
Retention may also depend on the settings and policies of the service providers used to operate the website and email service.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request access to personal information held about you and, where applicable, request that inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information be corrected or deleted.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.
